HR Coordinator

Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance Maintaining records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensuring that all employment requirements are met. Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates. Follow-up on employees attendance and personal issues. Assist in appraisal and evaluation processes. Update and maintain employees’ physical and electronic files. Adhere to internal policies and maintain a professional attitude at all times. Exhibit high quality/accuracy work standards, ethics and eSpace’s best practices. Designs, implements and improves new-hires onboarding programs regularly.
BSc in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus. Minimum 2 years of professional HR experience. Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular) Fluent in English Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle data with confidentiality Good organizational and time management skills
