Senior HR Specialist

-Grows eSpace talent by establishing partnerships with relevant sources, building local networks and connections, creating test centers and maintains recruitment process integrity and quality. -Designs, implements and improves New-Hires on-boarding programs regularly. -Manages performance evaluation system; identify performance gaps and presents solutions accordingly. -Hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors. -Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource local laws; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing eSpace in governmental entities. -Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. -Analyzes and generate reports of different statistics such as attendance attrition and provides recommendations and advice to management on solutions, appropriate interventions, workplace improvements and best practices. -Ensures eSpace workplace is running efficiently by collaborating with and guiding Executive Assistant and/or HR Staff. -Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions. -Reports directly to the CEO.
-5+ years of experience in the HR field. -3+ years of experience in working with IT staff. -Human Resources academic qualification, certification preferred.
-Fluent in English both writing and speaking. -Excellent computer skills. -Hard working, reliable and creative. -Excellent communication and presentation skills.
