Work with 2-3 software development teams. Analyze with the prospect Client their needs and try to detect the core values and vision out of the project and prepare guidelines for the delegated team accordingly. Manage the Client's expectations effectively. Brainstorm with prospect client’s different ideas on the project and try to improve the experience. Write down user requirements as stories and provide initial assessment of the project's time Supply detailed story estimations and project timeline. Work with the Client to organize and prioritize stories in the product backlog according to business value and effort needed, to ensure best ROI. Support management team in presales and proposal generation by providing the necessary expertise and inputs. Prepare all design/UI guidelines documentation needed for the team to start working (flowcharts, wireframes, content inventory, data models, and personas). Working closely with Team Leader and client ensuring projects are completed on time/budget. Determine scope and schedule tradeoffs with Team Leader. Make sure, with the Team Leader, that the deliverables meet the clients’ expectations and monitor work being delivered. Occasionally testing project main features and scenarios from user experience and usability perspective. Possibly attend sprint planning and review meetings with Team Leader and Client. Establish and maintain excellent relationships with the Client and continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction. Proactively anticipate and undertake resolution of issues with the Client. Communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully to the Client and other stakeholders. Prepared to travel to meet potential clients. During retrospectives, collaborate as part of the team in determining and selecting improvement actions.
Engineering graduate with a preferable business minor Experience: § Above 2 years of relevant experience. Job-Specific Skills:
§ Good analytical thinking with a knack for problem-solving. § Excellent communication skills, excellent English, written and verbal. § Have good social network presence. § Up to date with all hot topics on the web arena.
