Technical Account Manager

Developing trusting relationships with customers, and understanding their business needs and technical challenges. Building solutions, providing technical guidance, and advocating for the customer. Making sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfill customers’ requirements Assessing issues that might occur in the systems and preclude them from recurring. Taking initiatives in identifying growth opportunities. Having the ownership of DevOps projects from A to Z without the need of supervision. Collaborating with both the technical team and the business team to achieve sustainable growth. Taking technical decisions based on knowledge, experience, and evidence, collectively. Follows DevOps process regarding documentation during the project lifetime.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent. 5 years of relevant experience. Experienced in Technical Account Management or other relevant experience. Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects. A listener who is customer-oriented and attentive to their needs Notable critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Has a deep understanding of Linux, web, network topologies, common network protocols, and system security issues. Strong understanding of SDLC, CI pipelines using Jenkins. Full understanding of virtualization and containerization. Keeping him/her self updated with the new technologies and best practices in the DevOps market, and influencing these technologies for the interest of the company. Full awareness of RDBMS (i.e. MySQL, Postgresql). Full awareness of: Infrastructure as code tools (i.e. Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Salt, Terraform, Cloud formation). Cloud platform providers (i.e. AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI). Kubernetes.
