A Recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify current and future hiring needs. Also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. The responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure that the company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while maintaining a strong candidate database.
Duties: Edit and set technical job descriptions for the required positions. Source potential candidates on all recruitment channels. Advertise all vacancies internally through the company’s network and externally through various sourcing channels. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicant's’ abilities. Schedule technical interviews for shortlisted candidates with the Line Managers. Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, and behavioral questions). Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates Onboard new hires Conduct recruitment analysis and database Maintain the end to end recruitment process Various recruitment/HR related project work
Requirements: Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent English (Spoken & Written) Experience working in a Technology environment essential Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype, Behavioral, structured….etc) Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and search). Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation. Concrete knowledge of HR best practices.
