Technical Support Engineer

-Troubleshoot, resolve system and network problems. -install and configure computer applications. -configure operating systems. -monitor and maintain computer networks and systems. -maintain hardware devices including (Desktop, laptops, Mobile devices, printers, and other IT devices). -Follow up with employees to ensure the issue has been resolved. -Install, manage and configure backup solutions. -Advise on new equipment or hardware purchases and follow up with equipment setup.
-BS/MS degree in Information Technology or a related field. -+1 years of professional experience.
-Proficiency in English. -Experience in the IT field is a plus. -Problem-solving skills. -Can work independently and as part of a team. -Hands-on experience in hardware and software setup and troubleshooting. -Hands-on experience in network troubleshooting.
