Account Manager

Establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with clients. Coordinating with various teams so that the clients’ expectations are met. Developing initiatives to increase client satisfaction and retention. Suggesting eSpace’s services and solutions to enhance the client’s satisfaction. Building rapport with clients and offering quick answers to their queries. Forecasting and tracking key account metrics. Resolving complaints and escalating issues as needed. Maintaining accurate client records, and keeping track of any contract updates and renewals. Preparing reports on the status of accounts.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field. 0-1 year of experience in accounts management. High Command of English. Performing well and committing to deadlines. Dealing professionally and calmly with client complaints and issues. Acquiring basic accounting knowledge. Having an interest in the IT industry. Obtaining good negotiation and presentation skills. Having strong written and verbal communication skills.
